IC HL0211 - SO14 what's that? Datasheet/AppNote please

Hope this is the proper category for my question.

I'm searching for information on this IC. It's in a sine wave output power converter. DC 12V to 230V~, 350W, Dometic DSP 412, Made in China. I guess it controls the output transistors which forms the sine wave 230V~ from the intermediate high voltage DC.

What I want is some information about the circuit to change it for producing little bit lower output voltage. 210V~ instead 230V~ would be fine.
