EBay Navman Navman TU60-D120-131 Firmware?

All:

Saw these units on Ebay and there is projects out there using it as DIY 10Mhz GPSDO because of their stable 10Khz output. Issue is it needs firmware v1.18 or greater. Anybody by chance have purchased from this seller and can confirm what the firmware version is.
