Can someone identify this ancient (circa 1975) ADC? I'm pretty sure it is from Burr Brown but might also be Analog Devices.
Too many pins for an IC package of that era. It look more like a module - perhaps from Data Translation inc. I came across quite a few of them back in the day
As I recall it was a module, one of those black potted things with lots of pins, both Burr Brown and Analog Devices made many components in that style in the 1970s and 80s.
Yes, it might have been TRW but I'm 90% sure that it was either Burr Brown or Analog Devices.
I'm trying again for a more reasonably-sized picture and the correct alignment.

I wonder about the strange counting order of the Bits with MSB on position 1 and LSB on 10(12)
