I got a bunch of parts from a friend recently. Before becoming a patent attorney, he was doing RF design back in the 70s. This is likely high-frequency RF transistor. Dunno if it is MOS or Bipolar. Looks like pretty heavy gold flash. I did some google searching and will continue to do so...maybe somebody knows this part personally and can enlighten me. Also in the stuff are some vintage 555s in TO-5 packages...pretty cool. I tested one for grins...still works. |

It was bit of a long shot, I knew he was a patent attorney and that Geller Labs was a side interest. Sorry I can't help with the ID but you might want to take precautions against Beryllium dust with '70s power RF parts... just in case. |
