Databases on electronic components? Fields? Sample DBs/schemas?

Hi, just to keep track of component data I collect I'm making a database - does anybody else have anything like this? If so are you willing to share your schemata?

Another reason I want to start this for myself is to keep track of data I find on devices which I don't have any other data on.

I would be willing to share it - or work with others to make a better one...

Well, as always, I recommend a much worked software, ELELA.
It has all, and much more, you will ever need for component classification.
It's free. In English, german and can be easily translated.
Runs on Windows, Linux, web based too...
