Infineon BSC0902NSI Datasheet Rdson Min
« on: August 17, 2020, 11:50:19 pm »
Hey all,

i am trying to find the MOSFETs minimum on resistance for the Inifineon BSC0902NSI(https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/BSC0902NSI_Rev_2.1.pdf?folderId=db3a304313b8b5a60113cee8763b02d7&fileId=db3a30433072cd8f01308ea027703424). This is for the calculation on page 17 of the ADP1850 (https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ADP1850.pdf) buck converter.

I can't seem to make sense out of the part where it says "SETTING THE CURRENT SENSE GAIN" on the same page. I have the values calculated for Vcsmin, Vcsmax and Vcompmax with 0.516, 0.93 and 0.93 respectively but how is the Rcsg determined with these ? Well it clearly says 'select' but on what basis ? The Rdson max is 0.0038mOhm based Diagram 9 in the mosfet's datsheet.
