Help about sidac component in circuit

Hello guys i want to build this circuit it is a jammer that can block some thing but it has one component in it that i can not find and also in my experience in electronics i have not seen it anywhere
From what i have read on the internet it is similar to diac but i don't understand it
The component is mkp3v240 you can see it in the schematic down
My question is where can i find it or can i put something else instead of it
