IR receiver - 4ZP4 KA22 specifications?
(1/1)
raul:
Hi

A question about a IR receiver component 4ZP4 KA22. I can't find what is and doesn't understand the lettering.

This is from a Samsung AC SH9AWH Model. The LED, power and IR receiver Module.

Someone knows what this designation means? 4ZP4 KA22 (This component is shielded, if the information matters). If i have to choose i go to a 40khz (1 output, 2 - Vcc, 3- Ground).

Thanks

Any idea? int or whatever?

Do you need to replace this?
It should be easy to figure out which pin is + power, which is ground, and which is the output signal, just by looking at connections on the PCB.  Almost all IR receivers have an open-collector output (active low). I think Samsung usually uses 38 kHz carrier frequency, but a 40 Khz module would work too.
raul:
Yes, is a replace. I know the pins, don't know the frequency. You ar not far for the frequency i though. So i will buy a pair of 38Khz and maybe one 40 for testing and stock proposes.

Thanks for answer.
