Title: IR4301 AMPLIFIER NOISE

I have been designing class D amplifier using IR4301 class d amplifier IC but I have some problem, the out put is very much distorted and there some 30Khz repeative noise..What could be the problem ..

Post your schematic and as much information as possible (power supplies, scope traces of the noise etc...).

I have used 18-0-18 transformer for the power supply and heres the schematic.. but i dont have osscilloscope..
