hi guys can anyone tell me from the attached datasheet is bipolar power supply required

To do what?  This is nothing more than a highside / lowside FET driver with integrated oscillator...  Are you planning on doing something other than the example circuits in the datasheet?

drive a igbt halfbridge to switch a inductive load

Its just your standard halfbridge driver with a built in ne555 like oscillator, so just hook it up as per the application example in the datasheet and select a rt and ct that suit your operating frequency range.
