Help me find the datasheet for...

...the KM48C512BLJ-7.
Its probably a DRAM - 8 of them are on a small board with a connector. Early 90's?

I have searched the interweb but can't find it. I did find sellers but they offered no datasheet.

Thanx! Problem is that in the couple of tries I've done, I always get a connection timeout error (522)...  >:(

I am trying to find the datasheet for a NEC part D482235LE-70. Its a dram probably 256k (70ns? video use?) (1993).
I have tried the datasheet39 site and they have a listing for it, only there is no pdf with that...

Anyone any luck.

Here's an optical detector for which I can't find data. Only a few mentions in papers.
