Hi, just wonder if it exists and I just cannot find it or it does not exist.
With low permeability materials, it is easy, there are Sendust and more modern variants of it without this issue.
But when it comes to high permeability matterials I don't know any. Do you?

Mu metal is high permeability and low magnetostriction, but not zero: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mu-metal

There is also some nano-crystalline material with low magnetostriction. One finds this is some high performance common mode chokes.

well vacuumschmelze has some materials with very high permeability (cobalt-based i believe). we used to source it from some chinese suppliers. pm me if you need contacts

Why? Where do you think Vacuumschmelze and other make their stuff? I actually would like to have some contacts for nano-crystalline/amorphous materials for fluxgates.
