which 3D compass + 3D inclinometer IC?

Hi,
which part number would you use for a 3 axis accelerometer + 3 axis magnetometer with i2c interface?

The module GY-511 is using a LSM303DLHC from ST, but on farnell/mouser it says that LSM303DLHC is out of production. (I can't use a module, I need to use the IC directly on my boards)

I found a new part, LSM303AGRTR from ST, but the package LGA-12 is too small, 2x2x1 mm, Pin pitch is 0.5 mm. I am afraid of problems in the manufacturing. What do you think?
