1. Is this on behalf of your company NanoXplore? Not at all. They are just my employer.
2. What collaboration are you after? Financial input? Unpaid work? Paid work?
I'm making no money from it. I'm just doing it because I'm interested in neuromorphic hardware and IC design. I only offer my time to people willing to join. I am happy to teach, learn from and collaborate.
3. What skills are you after? Would you be happy with any random electronics enthusiast on this forum or someone with narrower specific ASIC CAD experience in certain environments?
RTL coding, block level system design, asic cad experience.
Giving no information, asking for collab and directing people to discuss in more private areas is a bit scary.
Cool your jets, there's hardly anything nefarious going on.
> It is just an open invite, if people are interested, they can reach me here or there.
The discord is hardly private, it is just an easier method to discuss than a forum like this. The forum is also not really ASIC focused.
There is not much information to give because it is open for discussion with people interested. It could be a RISC V something, calculator, anything.
It is more of a project like the MPW google shuttle if you're familiar.
I'm motivated to do a hardware project with people based in Australia because it requires a person in NSW. But I also want to increase my network in Australia, share my knowledge
and push the Australian semiconductor scene to grow because I'd like to have more opportunities back home. In Europe, the collab scene is much healthier than in Australia from what I can see.
The government initiative is open to anyone in NSW.
