There are similar projects and solutions available online, both as DIY solutions and finished products.
However, I wanted to share mine in hope that it might inspire some creative ideas within the community.

Whole thing is simple. A box of relays that does what needs to be done for a JBC soldering station to use a tool that you need in that moment.
It combines IMHO three most useful JBC handles. T245 (general purpose), NT115A (SMD handle), and AN115A (SMD tweezers).

Why did I chose this option instead something else?
Lack of work space. My creative area is 2m2 (21.5 sq ft) leaving no room on my desk for more than one soldering station.
This was the most compact solution I came up with at that moment.

It was a quick and dirty project made to look good from the outside, but it works flawlessly for almost two years now.
Only thing I regret is that it took me this long to document and publish the build.
