Hello I would like to make my own board with a pico on it , but the pico board is too long to fit in the dimension i need. So i decided i have to transfer the components,

I only need the land pattern for 3 components

    The rp2040

    The crystal oscilator

    And the flash chip

I do not need the buck converter since my circuit already has its own power rail, and also of course i will need to replace most of the passive components as they are to small for me to hand solder.

I have so far found the

RP2040

and what i think the flash chip

but the hardest one is the crystal

I supposed you have looked at the schematics: https://datasheets.raspberrypi.org/pico/pico-datasheet.pdf

The exact reference of the crystal is not given, but it's a 12 MHz crystal.
You can probably select another 12 MHz crystal of your choosing.

You can refer to this doc: https://datasheets.raspberrypi.org/rp2040/hardware-design-with-rp2040.pdf - which will give you all info you need to design your own board. In particular, refer to the "2.3. Crystal oscillator" section. But the part about power is probably also something you should read.

As much as possible i would like not to buy anymore components as i would have to pay for shipping for a very small part, I pretty much have everything at hand exempt for those 3 important parts. I guess what i have to do is search for a crystal that has a very close dimension to it and pray that their land pattern mach  :-DD |O

It look like your measurement is 3.2 x 2.5mm? (you can post the actual numbers here, in the photo the caliper is not quite touching the edge).

Its probably the same as this: https://www.digikey.ca/en/products/detail/ecs-inc/ECS-120-20-33-CKM-TR/2781815
