Choosing IGBT module for 230V/10A inverter output

Hi folks,
happy new year 

Im looking for best option for power inverter with output: 230V 10A 50Hz sine
Interestingly there is no suitable size H bridge modules on market which I need for chosen topology

But ST have very reasonable priced SLLIMM™ family which is targeted as motor drives but for their price with integrated gate drivers look like good option
Something like STGIB30M60TS-L is for better price than discrete solution

Is here any better alternative ?
