MBUS (Meter Bus) Master Analog Circuit
« on: May 27, 2018, 01:20:09 pm »
Hello everyone.

I will work on MBUS master project in nowadays. I want to read 50 slave mbus calorimeters. Every meter has own battery.
So can you suggest me working master circuit about that?

Thanks!

And you expect us to go searching for reference material on MBUS?  Why don't you link something.
Got any specs on the calorimeters?  How can we even search when we don't know what to look for?
MBUS can refer to a lot of things including the flip up rear sight for a rifle.

Google for 'mbus driver circuit', there might be something useful.

This MBUS idea seems pretty clever if a circuit is limited to 2 wires to provide both power and signal.  If I was choosing a transfer scheme and I wasn't constrained to 2 wires, this isn't the one I would choose.
