Hi Experts
Can anyone advise on whether this is possible and if so where to start getting it made.
Circuit board to operate a group of app controlled colour changing LED's
The complete product is made of several individual colour changing LEDS working as a group.
The circuit board operates a small RGB LED system with individual controls for each LED and is managed via a Bluetooth-enabled smartphone app.
Each LED illuminats a thin layer of plastic alowing them to change colour as a group or individualy
It uses a rechargeble battery and is optimized for longevity on a single charge, ideally 4-5 hours.
The app will allow the LEDS to change or cycle colour on user request.
The product will include a wireless charging pod for each LED in the group
The board is ultra-compact, ideally under 5mm x 5mm, as thin as possible, and may include the following components:
1. RGB LED: Positioned for maximum light diffusion, allowing color changes and flashing sequences.
2. Bluetooth Controller: Enables wireless control over color changes and flashing sequences from a smartphone.
3. Microcontroller (MCU): Manages individual LED settings and coordinates group functionalities.
4. Rechargeable Battery: Thin, lightweight Li-Po or thin-film battery to power the LEDs.
5. Power Management IC: Regulates charging and manages battery efficiency, with charging contacts designed for a low-profile fit.
I know its a long read but any advise is welcome
Cheers
