Lens
« on: March 02, 2020, 11:38:35 pm »
I dont know if this is the right place to ask, but i have a filmscanner, made by a company in Canada. In this scanner there is a lens between the film and the camera. Now this lens is full of scratches and shit so i have to swap to another. But i have asked the producer of this scanner, but he hasnt been able to give me any answer for at least 2 weeks, i have mailed him and also called him. But how can i find the right lens for this? What shall i look for, and so?
Thanks. :-)

Quite likely a custom job and they won't tell you anything. If the scratches don't cause visible degradation, ignore.

If you post the make/model and a picture of it, someone here might respond. Just a suggestion.

You might try to find a lens that will work at Edmund Optics
