How to determine the phase boost for a type 2 compensation circuit?

Hello, the figure below where the orange color line is the compensator frequency response, blue color line is the plant response and the yellow line is the final open loop response for the system. May I how to determine the phase boost of the compensator at cross over frequency? Is is 90-25.7 degree which is 64.3 degree phase boost? Thank you in advance.
