LCD alternative to 0.96" OLED display

Hi,

I am looking for a replacement graphic LCD display for our current OLED 0.96" 128x64.
(Current OLED: http://www.buydisplay.com/default/monochrome-0-96-128x64-oled-display-module-ssd1306-blue-and-yellow)

The reason is that an LCD is read more easily in direct sunlight.

Our current application has a space constraint of 3.3 mm for the thickness of the module.

So, we are looking for a thin graphic LCD (COG) with LED backlight.

We have only come over displays that are a bit thicker due to the backlight LED.

If anyone knows of any source, help is appreciated.
