looking for a datasheet
« on: January 24, 2016, 08:22:52 pm »
I know that the company, Hybrid Systems Corporation, no longer exists. In the 80s they made, among other hybrid chips, a DAC335C-12. Assets of the company have been sold and resold several times.

I am having little success to find a datasheet for this DAC335C-12 specically.
This is what it looks like: top, bottom and inside.

If one of you could help me finding the datasheet I would appreciate it.

Try looking around page 241 of this:

This is not the same part, it's close but in the same package so maybe the pinout is the same:

Good find. Building on your work, I discovered that the DAC87A is pin compatible with the 335, but you need to change some passives.
