Looking for an RF amp with gain of 1000. Or split gain two amps.

I want to do some tests at levels of 1µV, 10µV, 100uV, 1mV, 10mV, 100mV, 1V and 10 V. I have an RF meter with a lowest FS range of 1mV. I would need amplification of the 1µV, 10µV, and 100µV settings. So may need adjustable gains of 1000, 100, and 10 on the amp. The amp needs to be a High input impedance and I would like a 50 ohm output impedance.
  Is there an inexpensive amp I can buy. I might be able to work with attenuators
if I have a fixed gain of 1000.
  Anything commercially available at a low price?

Perhaps you should mention the frequency range of interest? RF can be anything.

Yes, some additional thoughts. 100kHz to 1700kHz frequency range.
 The smallest signal I want to amplify is 1µV to read that on a 1mV FS RF meter,
I need a gain of 1000. So may an amp with a gain of 20 and one with 50?
 I'm pretty lost on these high gains.

Plus a filter stage because at those low levels you'll see nothing but noise. Ideally you'd want a tuned amplifier of some sort.
