How many channels? The MIC2981 has eight.

The more  details you give the better we can answer... so what exactly do you  want to accomplish...

What are you switching?
What are you driving the switch with?
Switching speed?
Isolation requirement?

That being said:

You can use SSR mosfet relays as high side switch: https://www.digikey.ca/en/products/detail/omron-electronics-inc-emc-div/G3VM-41GR8-TR/2755205

Mechanical relay with  5V and 3V coil also exists

logic level P channel mosfet could also work

Fuse on the line to protect from short circuit
