Looking for High Current capable connector ( ~100 Amps) for PCB
gmanda:
Hi,
So I have a battery protection circuit on a PCB (under/over voltage and overcurrent). I'm looking for the name of the connectors similar to the ones shown in the picture. I just cant find the name. Can anyone help me pls?
jbb:
I’m not sure what the part is called, but the picture seems to be a evaluation board. If you have a look around, maybe the evaluation board maker has a Bill Or Materials available? That would contain the connector details.
gmanda:
Sorry i forgot to mention - yes it is an evaluation board but it has no BOM :(

That is a wire lug.
Here are some examples on McMaster Carr.

Here is an example that looks similar but is probably larger than yours.

What gauge wire do you plan on using?

THANKS A LOT my man!!!!! Yeah I finally could find several parts. Digikey being my preferred vendor, I found a whole section of these (https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/panduit-corp/LAMA2-14-QY/298-10109-ND/317639)
Yeah i think I will go with something like 2-4 AWG.
