Title: Looking for LSI 27756 Data Sheet

I'm looking for a data sheet for a 27756C chip manufactured by LSI. I've searched google but can't find anything. Any ideas please ?

What's it used for/where did you get it from? Are you sure it's not just an alternately marked 27C256?

Its a clock divider chip, 8 pin dip. It is used to pulse an hour meter counter. One pulse every 3.6 seconds or 1000 pulses per hour. Its nice and compact, a single 8 pin DIP and a watch crystal is all that it needs. Now looking for a functional replacement. May use a PIC but pinout is slightly different.
