What Multilayer Ceramic Cap Dielectric type should be used for (a) by pass Cap for Li cell charger IC (TP4065 for Vin/GND and Cell+/Gnd) and LDO MCP1700  (b) by pass for LDO Vin/Gnd, Vout/Gnd (c) LoRa Radio module (peak current 120mA) Vcc/Gnd.   From Mouser, 10uF, 5V, non polar MLCC cap, there are X8L, X7R, X5R, X6S, X7T, X7S.  TIA

IDK what is intended for this exact cicuit but all of them you mentioned will work fine.
(X8 of cause has to be better then X5).
