Hello guys as a fellow newbie how do I set the current limit on this buck converter? Planning to build a power supply with it but cant figure out how to set current limit

Hi,

read page 17 of the datasheet:

RSENSE Selection and Maximum Output Current

RSENSE is chosen based on the required output current.
The current comparator threshold sets the peak of the
inductor current in boost mode and the maximum inductor
valley current in buck mode. ….


This is a buck-boost controller. Not really a good candidate for a newbie ...

what would recommend for power supply with current liming
