LTC4162 Battery Charger Design

Hi all,
Could you guys take the time to critique my LTC4162 Design.
I have going to hook it up to a 7S1P LiFePO4 battery pack that will output ~22.4V.
I plan to connect the output to a step-down regulator LM5118 at 12V.
I am unsure if its best to have a 4 layer board or 2 layer board for this application.
