ATMEG328P - Sensor Board

 Hey, All I am building a sensor board using a 16 port RJ45 and wondering if some of the specs that I am using are correct before I send out my Board for production.

Board: 1oz Copper
Trace Size: .254mm
Power Trace Size: .5mm
GND is filled on Top and Bottom.

Power is coming in from an ATX power Supply using the 6 pin that goes to Data connection allowing for +3.3v,+5v, 12v, and GND.

I have the Schematic and PNGs of the board attached.

Are the ethernet ports on the bottom edge of the PCB?
If so I'd be worried about lenght / impedance matching of those traces, seems very willy nilly and all over the shop. Also personally I'd use 30mills for the power traces.

The bottom is the Ethernet jacks, the traces at the bottom of the board are leds which I didn't think mattered to much other than delivering power, pin 8 which is the top most pin for the Ethernet ports is the signal wire going into the mux. As for the other 3 mux they delegate what sensor I have plugged in based on a 3 bit truth table.

Is there a reason for the smaller traces on voltage or would that provide less interference?

As for setup, this is the second board I have done and could not really see a much more efficient way other than using a bunch more vias which many people say to avoid?
