[Solved] Help identify this component

Trying to figure out what this component is.

The only thing i know is that pin 1 is connected via a resistor to the gate of a mosfet.

Any ideas? Not sure if it should be read as B 11, or if the lines are not "1"?

Looks most likely to be a PNP transistor.
