metal lined IEC connector inlet without filter?

For retrofiting old oval connectors on ancient stuff, I often replace them with IEC connectors, but the problem is unless you want to do too much sheet metal work, its not shielded, and the oval ones are kinda screened. is there is manufacturer of normal IEC inlets that happens to have a metal screen on it that happens not to have a filter, i.e fit in equipment thats too small. i know the filter ones are shielded but they are too large.

this is usually a shitty job that requires a die grinder on stuff slightly too thick for a nibbler lol, talk about vibration testing, but I can't tolerate a multi cable system, its just too much

not that it really matters about the shield because these things are usually high voltage, have massive vent holes, etc.. its probobly doing nothing
