More diodes that need identification.
« on: July 18, 2020, 09:29:31 am »
It is inevitable that I receive a lot of diodes that I can't find any information on. :palm:
These all say MSC which is the only common lettering for the most part. I've found a few online that look like these and have the normal 1NXXXX designation. Unfortunately none of these have that. They all read the same on the multimeter. Anybody know anything about the MSC brand and possibly where to find any information or even a cross reference?
Thanks in advance!

Microsemi’s  MS8000  series  of  GaAs  Schottky  barrier  diodes

MSC is made by  Microsemi

Check them on a scope
