A92 B331 Transistor - What Alternative Can I Buy?
« on: November 20, 2024, 02:44:03 pm »
I've got a 400W amplifier with some A92 B331 tranistors that are shorted and I need to buy some replacements but the A92 B331 transistors seem to be rare so I'm assuming old and have been replaced with something else but I'm not an expert when it comes to transistors so can anyone recommend a suitable replacement?

I normally buy components from RS Components and cpc.farnell.com and neither have the A92 B331 listed - I can only see some on eBay.

If they are in a TO92 case, they are MPSA92 transistors.  The B331 is not part of the part number.
