Looking for recommended designs / silicon for a low current 10watt Powersupply. 120-480vac 60hz Input (for a IOT thingy). Anybody seen any cleaver designs?

SiC MOSFET flyback converters are a clean solution to this problem. There are a few published reference designs, check out TI PMP10416
