I have a voltage clamp circuit like this. I want to turn the power mosfet on and off with the mcu, but I don't want the clamp functionality of the circuit to be damaged. What are your suggestions in this case?

Simplest way I can see is to pull down the base of Q1 (or the cathode of the 6.2V zener) with an open-drain FET/BJT, controlled by the MCU. This will turn off Q1 regardless of the output voltage. May want to add something to protect Q1 from base-emitter reverse breakdown though.
