Part ID help
« on: October 14, 2022, 03:01:33 am »
Hi Folks, wondering if anyone recognizes the attached IC by chance?

Googles not helping much, and to me, by the poor quality molding it's probably some low cost generic part.  A bad repair has been done around it in the past which has resulted in cracked leads.

From where it is in the circuit I'm repairing I think it's possibly a amplifier, line driver or something similar.  But hard to be certain at this stage, would really help to know what it is and have the pin out.

Thanks

Looks like OPA2209 perhaps?

The pin out does seem to match, and the "OOJI" marking specified in the datasheet could be that bottom line.

Looking at some OPA2209 images I think you got it.  Top line would be TI for Texas Instruments, I guess the 55 is some sort of batch number?
