Have you tried measuring the current through the winding, either with a current probe or voltage across a small resistor? I have modeled this in LTSpice and I seem to get similar voltage waveforms passing a current of about 3.6A (probably due to various assumptions made in the simulation).

Have you checked the resistance of the secondaries? One mistake it is easy to make is assume that you know how long the turns are and be unpleasantly surprised when they are longer than you assumed they would be.
