How this power supply work?

Hi
This power supply is 3w and its small.
I want to build something like this.
Size matter to me
What topology should I use for small power supply?

It's looks like a switch mode power supply, do you spot coil on it?

The component with the blue tape looks to me like a transformer high frequency type, most likely a self osscilating flyback.

So step 1: reverse engineer the schematic, write it down and post it here.
