Post by: ali_asadzadeh on October 08, 2018, 12:12:07 pm
Hi,
Do you know what is the part number for this Fan IC, it's marking is first line 276 Digits and second line 1316 Digits, no other markings, so which Chinese manufacturer made these? what similar parts are available? any Idea?

It looks like a common type of fan used in thousands of applications such as computer power supplies and cases. Can't you just get the size of it and order another one. I don't think they sell parts, as they are dirt cheap things to buy.

Interesting package. Driver, logic and hall effect sensor in the same package.

Lots of different manufacturers make these, just search for "276 Hall IC".

In the old days you just look it up in a ECG cross reference manual. Unfortunately hall effects became popular towards the tail end of the friendly EGC standards so it is had to find specifications on it without a manufactures white sheet. I would say hall sensor with coil drivers but don't rule out Chinese information bug.
