Title: Mystery chip

(https://pasteboard.co/JCdmsZR.jpg) any thoughts what this is, my google fu is failing me? Seems to be some kind of Power Mosfet ~6mm sq, of those those times when supplier ships completely the wrong thing ....

it ate my image link, and its mostly curiosity oo and apparently I lied 3mm would be more like it. Hah, SiSHA10DN, clearly I haven't seen a Vishay Siliconix logo that often.

No idea, but the same happened to me once. Ordered an NXP transistor, received a different type from AOS.

By the $ logo on on the left of AA I'd say i'd guess its Vishay part.
