Mystery part: 7201
« on: May 16, 2024, 02:47:56 pm »
I have a TO18 transistor-like device removed from a 1970 intersil stopwatch board (featuring ICM7045). Looking at intersil data books I did not see anything with 7201. What could it be? Here's the pics - the logo seems to be intersil.

Probably an Intersil ICM7201?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/176162506867
https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/331416/INTERSIL/ICM7045.html page A-4 of the pdf mentions ICM7201 as obsolete.
