Mystery Part

I have a handful of these parts, TO-220 case with the following numbers:

T
B435
O  '06

I've Google'd to no avail, I know they are old so that's probably part of the problem.  Anyone here able to identify them? Thanks!

Have you tried testing it with a diode tester?
