Need a fast industrial output driver IC, high-side mosfet.

Leicester:
Hi everyone!
I'm designing a rotary encoder for a CNC spindle. My sensor outputs A/B/Ref in differential signals which I process into TTL. For the output I need a high-side switch that can switch 24v at very fast speeds (<10uS)... Currently on my prototype there is a ITS41K0S-ME-N which is way too slow, have not thought about that when I initialy designed the circuit. I use this "smart" thingy because it is protected against practically everything.
Do you know anything similar but much faster? I'm struggling...

Thanks for any help!

You'll probably have to build it yourself.
All the "smart" high-side switches I know are pretty slow.

Almost all intelligent, automotive/industrial high side switches that need few external parts, such as the ITS41K0S you considered, have output delay times on the order of 100 µs – at least, as of a few years ago, when I looked.

If you can find room for a few more passives, the Infineon (International Rectifier) AUIPS7221RTRL is a couple orders of magnitude faster. Mouser is the first distributor I could find that currently has them in stock.

How about the LTC7003? https://www.analog.com/en/products/ltc7003.html
