Title: Need help to identify SMD Microphones

Hi,

so I've got those SMD Microphones from a dead Livescribe Digital Pen.
I'm looking to identify the parts and if those are analog or I2S microphones.

Markings:
S121 6842
S122 7140

Maybe anyone knows something about the parts? I'm looking for a datasheet or at least pin-out.
