Help IDing mystery parts

This is the inside of some avionics, specifically an ARINC 429<--->CAN BUS module. I've been digging, but I can't seem to ID the 14 pin TI part and the smaller ST part.  My guess is that the TI is a bus driver, but I'm less certain about the ST part (perhaps something digital like shift register, UART, etc?)

I read something like TO84 35K Q4 A0GY and K550 Y350.

Any ideas?

These are needed in order to make much sense of results. I usually use them in that order and not worry about brand unless further refining of results are necessary.

Others will have their preferred methods but those work for me.

The TI parts are TL084 opamps, interesting.  Still working on the ST part.

...and the ST is a LM239 quad comparator.
