Datasheet for VN224NS
« on: May 05, 2021, 02:12:28 am »
I'm working on my oscilloscope and can't find a datasheet for a chip marked: VN224NS.

Does anyone know where to find the datasheet?

There is also a less interesting datasheet I'm looking for and couldn't find. I believe it's a relay, but not concerned if I can't find it, it's marked: AG0210A4H

I took a picture of the component if this helps. I realized the subject has the wrong part number as I accidentally typed VN.

I think it was my mistake... I noted the part number on a piece of paper as VN224 which explains why I couldn't find the datasheet.

Sorry for the confusion, but think I'm set; although I'm finding AQV224NS. I'll look at the differences, but should be set.

NAIS is a big name in relays -- in that package, probably a photoMOS.  Ahyup, there ya go. :-+

I found datasheets for AQV224 and it matches my package.

I was trying to trace the 50ohm mode path in this oscilloscope, however, I didn't see a 50ohm resistor. My assumption was this "device" had some sort of internal 50ohm load. Looking at the datasheet, and the picture of the component on the PCB, it looks like B type connection, but it doesn't have 50ohms in this condition.
