Hello , I have this TL431 which makes a very good positive reference voltage 12V to what ever we want in that range as shown in the photo.
Is there a similar model i could use to convert -12V into -2.5 in a similar amnner?

A shunt regulator as the TL431 works as well for negative voltages.
