New Alkaline Battery Leakage Testing

 :clap:  but that was back in the day when batteries were less of a leakage coin toss, right?

With most batteries today, that same LED will let you know that not only are the batteries low,
it may also be time to pull them out and clean up the disaster,
rescue the terminals if not too bad  :phew:

and pray the muck monster didn't crawl along to the PCB for a snack..  :scared:

and let's not forget those mysterious  ???  acid holes that magically appear days later on favorite* work/hobby garments

* terminally BO'd  :o  and overdue for the washing machine, bin, burial, fire or phasor shot 

i.e. don't be doing it with an Armani suit on waiting for the limo to rock up, or a prized EEVblog T-Shirt that's no longer available  :'(
